Over the past few years, I have participated in a number of virtual cycling events. Building on this experience, in 2024 I will focus on participating in virtual events that bring my efforts closer to home and are also linked to the veteran charities that I support.

Since taking part in my third virtual March In March challenge for Combat Stress, I have participated in ten separate virtual challenge events, covering a total distance of two hundred and twenty-two miles.
